Terms and conditions
This website and competition are operated by “ADay2Remember.co.uk” also referred to as ”we”, “us” or “Promoter” whose address is 85 Great Portland Street, London, England,W1W 7LT
DEFINITIONS
“COMPETITION”: The Competition operated by the Promoter to which these Terms and Conditions apply, wherein the Entrants submit entries via the website www.aday2remember.co.uk or postal entry by sending a postcard;
“GRAND PRIZE”: £45,000 cash to be awarded to the winner to pay for their wedding.
“SECOND PRIZE”: £5,000 cash to be awarded to the winner to pay for part of their wedding.
“PRIZE”: cash prize or gifts awarded to winner to pay for part of their wedding or to be used for their wedding.
“MONTHLY PRIZE”: Prizes awarded on a monthly basis as part of the rolling competition format.
“PROMOTERS”: A DAY 2 REMEMBER, which is the operating name of A DAY 2 REMEMBER LTD a private limited company organised under the laws of England and Wales, with company number 15063833
“ENTRY”: Free postal entry or paid entry by purchasing ticket via website to obtain an opportunity to win the Prize.
“ENTRANT”: Any person (not including a limited company, partnership or limited liability partnership) over the age of Eighteen who enters the Competition by purchasing ticket via website or sending a postcard by post.
“WINNER”: The Entrant chosen at random on or after the Closing Date who wins the Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
“WINNING COUPLE” The Winner or the nominated couple of the Winner.

“MININIMUM NUMBER OF PAID TICKET BUNDLES”: 40,000
“MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PAID TICKET BUNDLES”: 100,000
”TICKET BUNDLES”: Multiple ticket entries into the competition, which are purchased collectively.
GENERAL
By entering the competition, Entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Upon entering the Competition, all Entrants must submit all contact details requested by the Promoters (which must include a valid e-mail address) which will be used for the following purposes:
to notify the Winner that they have won the prize;
to post the Winner’s name and town of residence on the Website; and
to comply with the Privacy Policy.
All Entrants are solely and completely responsible for providing the Promoters with accurate and current contact details.
Promoters will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to make contact with any Entrant due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the Entrants or otherwise.
The Entrants and the Promoters recognise that the Promoters may use contact details and other data including personal data as defined by the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 (“GDPR”) and Data Protection Act 2018 (“DPA”) supplied by the Entrants to the Promoters to administer the Website and conduct the Competition according to these Terms and Conditions.
The Entrants and the Promoters also recognise that the Promoters may (either by choice or at the request of a third party) also disclose this information to relevant third parties for the purposes of the prevention of fraud, money laundering, legal or other financial or regulatory reasons. The Competition is operated by the Promoters.
The Competition is open for entry to all persons aged 18 or over excluding the Promoters, their family, agents, employees, professional advisers or anyone else connected with the development or operation of the Website or conducting the administration of the Competition in any way, shape or form.
Entries made by the Entrants to the Competition will only be valid if made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
By entering into the Competition, all Entrants acknowledge that any paid or free entries they make do not guarantee in any way that they will win the Prize.
The Promoters do not in any way guarantee the value of the Prize and makes no representation or warranty in respect of its accuracy. The Promoters shall not be liable for any discrepancies in the stated valuation.
Only completed Entries will be entered into the Competition.
As a condition of entering the Competition, Entrants must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws of their country of residence. The Promoter will not be liable in any way if an Entrant enters the Competition unlawfully.
The Entrants and the Promoters recognise that the Competition, its administration and all associated activities are governed by English Law and the Promoters and Entrants recognise that the Country of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute arising out of the Competition or its administration.
By entering the Competition, Entrants warrant that all information that they submit is accurate, true, current and complete. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any Entrant (entirely at their own discretion) if there are reasonable grounds to believe the Entrant has acted in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
There is no limit to the number of entries that any one person can make via this website or by post.
Once an Entrant validly enters the Competition, their entry cannot be withdrawn or returned.
The Promoters reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason.
THE PRIZE
The purpose of the Competition is for Entrants to win the Prizes. Further details in relation to the Promoter’s title to the Prizes can be found on the Website.
The Prizes will be transferred by the Promoter to the Winning Couple (“Prize Recipient”) nominated by the Winner. The Prize will be transferred free from tax. The Promoter will not be liable for any liabilities that accrue as a result of the transfer of cash prize due to any of the Prize Recipient’s other assets, savings or income.
Payments will only be accepted in pounds sterling.
English is the only language in which an Entrant may submit their entry.
The funds for the Prize will be transferred directly to the Prize Recipient following media coverage announcing the Winning Couple.
THE COMPETITION
The process to determine the Winner of each draw will be carried out within three days of the closing date and a final decision will be made on the same day .
To conclude an entry into the Competition, an Entrant will be asked to provide their contact details (including postal and e-mail addresses and a telephone number) and card payment details. Once the Entry is submitted, the Entrant’s card payment will be electronically approved.
When the Maximum Number of Paid Ticket Bundles or the Closing Date is reached, the Competition will close; however, the Promoters reserve the right to extend the closing date by up to 2 months at their discretion and any competition may only be extended up to 4 times before a winner is drawn.
No Purchase necessary
Postal entries are available to UK residents over the age of 18 as an alternative means of entry (at no additional cost). Postal entries should be submitted on an individual postcard (not in an envelope), by first class post, to: A Day 2 remember address 85 Great Portland Street,London W1W 7LT.
You must include your name, address, email address, telephone number and date of birth. You should also confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions. Only completed entries received before the closing date will be entered into the prize draw.
All Entries to the Competition are final and no refunds shall be made at any time or for any reason, except in the case of entries submitted after the Closing Date.
The Winner of the Prize will be the Entrant whose details are randomly drawn before an audience of invited guests, members of the Press and in the presence of a Solicitor.
The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the result of the Competition following the determination of the Winner as described above.
The Winner may be required to forward a copy of their passport or driving licence to the Promoters to prove their identity and if in the case of a paid Entry, that it was made using a valid debit/credit card belonging to the Entrant or used with the express authorisation of the card holder.
Each Entrant agrees that the usual requirement under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for any goods and services ordered online to be supplied within 30 days will not apply to this Prize Competition.
If the Winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter within 21 days of being notified of their status as the Winner by email, telephone and mail to the contact details submitted in their entry, the Promoter shall be entitled to award the Prize to an Alternative Entrant selected by drawing another winning entry at random in the same method as described above (“The Alternate Winner“). The Alternate Winner shall have 7 days from notification of their status by the Promoters to communicate their acceptance of the Prize.
The Winner agrees to media coverage following the live draw, which includes but is not limited to being featured in a newspaper article and being featured in a social media post. Nominated couples must also consent to media coverage before being eligible to receive the Prize. If media coverage is refused, the Promoter shall be entitled to award the Prize to an Alternate Winner.
CLOSING THE COMPETITION
If the Minimum Number of Paid Ticket bundles to the Competition is not received as at the closing date, the Competition will close and the proceeds will either be deemed sufficient to award the prize at the discretion of the Promoters, or the remaining funds will be allocated as a reduced cash prize to a Winner after the deduction of any expenses and marketing fees.
The Competition can also be closed when the Maximum Number of Paid Ticket Bundles is reached.
The Promoters will be entitled to retain 40% of the Paid Entry Fees to cover Administration and Marketing expenditure.
OTHER ISSUES
The Winner(s) agrees to allow the Promoters to display his or her name on the Website in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The name, age and town of residence of the Winner will be posted on the Website for the purposes of announcing the Winner of the Competition within 24 hours of the Winner being determined.
Entrants authorise the Promoters to enter their personal details into their database and to use the information in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018 and subject to the terms of Privacy Policy.
The Promoters reserve the right to cancel the Competition at any time either before or after ticket bundles have been sold. If the Competition is cancelled, the Promoters will return in the case of a Paid Entry, the Fee paid by each Entrant (either by bank card refund or by cheque and in one combined payment where several entries have been made by a competitor). Where the Entry Fee is returned, the Promoter shall have no further liability to the Entrant or to any other person;
Save for death or personal injury the Promoters will not be liable for any loss (including economic loss) suffered to or sustained by any person or property as a result of any act or omission of the Promoters, nor will their employees or their agents in developing, planning and Administrating the Competition, distributing the Prize to the Winner or following the distribution of the Prize; The Promoters accept no liability for errors or omissions contained within the Prize details, description or specification or any other part of the Website. It is the responsibility of each Entrant (and in particular the Winner) to satisfy him/herself as to the accuracy of any such details and/or any content of this website.
The Promoters will not be liable for any loss suffered by an Entrant as a result of incomplete entries or failed computer communications or for any loss suffered as a result of use of the Website or failure to provide accurate details on a free postal entry.
The Promoters do not accept responsibility for entries which they do not receive due to failures in computer systems, other malfunctions, high Internet traffic, hardware failure, software failure, server faults, failures in postal delivery or any other reason.
These competition rules shall not create or be construed as creating any form of service contract, ,joint venture, partnership or other commercial agreement between any Entrant and the Promoters save as that which is expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions.
An entry shall be declared void (without any refund being given) if the entrant engages in:
any form of fraud (actual or apparent)
fraudulent misrepresentation
fraudulent concealment
hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the website, or
amending, or unauthorised use of, any of the code that constitutes the Website.
Each entrant should retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for their future reference.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is prohibited by law or judged by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision shall, to the extent required, be severed from this Agreement and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and shall not in any way affect any other circumstances of or the validity or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions.

At A Day 2 Remember, we are committed to ensuring that any complaints about our activities are dealt with promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint, we encourage you to follow the process outlined below:
How to Make a Complaint You can submit your complaint by emailing us at contact@aday2remember.co.uk, ensuring the words ‘Formal Complaint’ are included in the email subject line.
Our Response Upon receiving your complaint, we will:
Acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days.
Aim to resolve your complaint within 15 working days after acknowledging it. If more time is required, we will inform you of the revised timeline.
Escalation Process If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate the complaint by replying to our email and outlining your wish to escalate it. We will review your complaint at a senior level and respond within 15 working days.

Introduction
Welcome to the A Day 2 Remember Affiliate Programme, powered by YITH WooCommerce Affiliates. This programme is designed to reward our valued affiliates for referring new customers to our products and services. By participating in this programme, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
To be eligible for participation in the A Day 2 Remember Affiliate Programme, applicants must be 18 years or older and have an active and valid method of payment reception.
A Day 2 Remember reserves the right to approve or reject any application to the programme at its sole discretion.
Programme Participation
Affiliates will receive a unique referral code and/or link to share with potential new customers.
Commissions are earned on qualifying sales that are directly attributable to the affiliate’s referral code or link.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their referral methods comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Commission and Payments
Commission rates are subject to change at A Day 2 Remember discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
Payments of commissions are contingent upon the collection of funds from the referred customer. Refunded sales will result in the deduction of the corresponding commission from the affiliate’s balance.
All commissions are subject to review and verification by A Day 2 Remember. This process is to ensure the integrity of the Affiliate Marketing programme and may include the delay or withholding of payment while an investigation is conducted.
Commissions deemed to be earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods will be voided.
A Day 2 Remember reserves the right to withhold or delay payment of commissions pending an investigation of breach of these terms.
Payments will be made once every 30 days, based on the affiliate’s commission balance at the end of each period.
Coupon and Deal Sites
Posting on coupon websites, such as CouponBird and Honey, is strictly prohibited. Affiliates found to be sharing or allowing their codes to be posted on such sites will be subject to immediate termination from the programme and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
Affiliates are encouraged to report any unauthorised use of their codes to A Day 2 Remember for investigation.
Intellectual Property
Affiliates may not alter any brand assets provided by A Day 2 Remember without prior written consent.
All promotional materials, including but not limited to images, logos, and slogans, must be used in a manner that is respectful and consistent with A Day 2 Remember’s brand guidelines.
Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice.
Upon termination, the affiliate must cease all use of A Day 2 Remember branding, promotional materials, and referral links or codes.
Limitation of Liability
A Day 2 Remember will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate programme, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Amendment
A Day 2 Remember reserves the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Continued participation in the programme after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Agreement
By participating in the A Day 2 Remember Affiliate Programme, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. You understand that violation of any terms may result in the termination of your participation in the programme and forfeiture of any accrued commissions.
GENERAL
These Terms contains the whole agreement for the A Day 2 Remember Affiliate Programme.
The Agreement shall not constitute or imply any partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary relationship or other relationship, other than the contractual relationship expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions.
If any of these Terms and Conditions is prohibited by law or judged by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision shall to the extent required be severed from the Terms and Conditions and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions and shall not in any way affect any other circumstances of or the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.
The law governing these Terms and Conditions and the jurisdiction for any disputes shall be England.
The Parties agree in the event there is a dispute between them arising out of these Terms and Condition, they shall attempt in good faith to negotiate a settlement to any dispute between them.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
